“This initiative of the M\u00e9tropole de Lyon and the Lyon House for Employment is part of a partnership with the French State, P\u00f4le Emploi, the communes of Greater Lyon and the actors of the integration and employment of the metropolitan territory and is co-financed by the European Social Fund within the framework of the national operational program “Employment and Inclusion” 2014-2020. ”<\/p>\n
Since then, the ExperBuy HR department has regularly volunteered for job interview simulation sessions, preparing long-term unemployed people for their future interviews, gaining self-confidence and thus increasing their chances of finding a job.<\/p>\n
